By signing up for this retreat you are affirming that you are at least 18 years of age and an individual who understands and is responsible and accountable for the following: 

You understand any minor you bring to this retreat is your sole responsibility and liability. 

You understand that this retreat is a sober event and any and all drugs and alcohol are not permitted. 

You understand and agree to be accountable for your own safety and wellbeing throughout the course of the weekend. Any injuries or sickness incurred through physical activity or any other activity whether on the retreat property or off are your responsibility (If applicable, including your minor(s) and any additional adults in your party). 

You understand that this retreat is a publicized event where pictures and video will be taken. You consent to being included in both picture and video. 

You understand that this retreat is non refundable and non transferable.
